09/08/11- Went to North Park Mall in Dallas for their "Fashion's Night Out" event. Everything was posh and glittery, and everyone was tall and thin. Although my wallet shriveled up in shame at the price tags, I enjoyed window shopping. Was with Julianne and the Coffee and Couture Club.
09/09/11- Thrifting at the square!
09/10/11- Treated myself to strawberry licorice swirls and rum cordials. Paid for Gabby and I to have our nails done. She decided on acrylics for her hands, and I on a rather bubble-gummish pink for my toes!
09/14/11- Bought Celestaphone. Went to a piano concert. Gustavo Romero (a teacher here) played Liszt.
09/21/11- Bought wood treatment and gave Celestaphone a spa treatment.
09/28/11- Tiki-Chiki-Nannini after morning math class! Sat outside and ate it slowly~ enjoying the weather and savoring the deliciousness. Then after English that afternoon, spent an hour watching butterflies and sketching them. They were monarchs in migration..
09/29/11- Saw Backwater Opera <3 at Banter, picked up a cream cheese brownie at Jupiter house, and then watched "Candy Genius" with suite-mates and ate hot croissants and popcorn.
09/30/11- Frat observations. Sliding on neon tempra paint to Skrillex in black-lit rooms. "Guess the band" with friendly stranger for a good several hours.
10/03/11- Several hours spent at the Wesley Center (Between Maple and Kerr) doing a Thomas Kinkade puzzle and drinking sweet tea.
10/05/11- Tango at College Inn today. Joined by several UCRS fellows! ^^
10/06/11- Milonga at Art Six.
10/09/11- Adventures with Gabby! Spontaneous hair-dying session!
10/11/11- Rare book room exposition with UCRS class!!! Movie watch with Crystal, Julianne, and Brenly. Chai tea... <3
10/12/11- Kathleen went to tango class tonight!!
10/16/11- Wall punching spree
10/17/11- Lunch at Maple with Crystal. Relaxing outside chapel with a newspaper.
10/19/11- Met up with Dad. Spiced apple cider and cream cheese brownie at Jupiter House. A bit nippy outside.
10/20/11- Kinki's was a bad experience. BUT good weird dream fodder.
10/21/11- Lunch at Maple with Crystal and Austin. Later, shopping with Julianne and Crystal. Fish and chips, then... Halloween Costume Milonga with Julianne, Crystal, and Peter! Then Taco Cabana.
10/25/11- Lunch at Maple with Tango friends. At night went with Crystal to Smilin' Rick's and got a lip piercing.
10/26/11- Tango then Trunk or Treat at Crumley.
10/28/11- Tried to break my "most popsicles eaten consecutively" record. Then gave myself a bit of a spa treatment. :)
10/30/11- Pumpkin Pie, Bread Pudding, Russian Tea Cookies, Shortbread and such from Ravelin's Bakery.
10/31/11- Art kids party, then random house party, then trash Julianne's room (accidentally) party while watching The Crow!
11/01/11- Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and pottery sale.
11/02/11- Explored Music building, found awkward corner under stairs with a nice window view and chilled.
11/04/11- Impromptu Tango practice in Union. Tsunami Sushi for lunch. Movie Marathon. Then to Main Event with Crystal, Julianne and Peter! DDR, games, bowling, and tango in bowling shoes. Then movies with Peter and Julianne. Then iHop.
11/05/11- Afterlife with Gabby and Andrew. Orange juice and heart-to-heart with Gabby.
11/06/11- Dad's Birthday!!! Ate at Chuys! <3 Then incense, pizza...
11/07/11- Le Chevalier and popcorn with suite-mates. Rain and horror movies~
11/08/11- Help find gift for friend. Make dessert. Movies. Crystal, Kathleen, Abed and I worked on our outlines for Comm at Big Mike's. Then movies.
11/09/11- Dr. Apt, H-mart, Half-price bookstore, Tango!
11/10/11- Milonga at Yogurt place. Dan's Silver Leaf. iHop. Skyrim.
11/11/11- Bit of a cold, but countered it with relaxing and watching My Name is Earl.
11/12/11- Steamboy with Julianne and ramen.
11/13/11- Fort Worth Museum of Modern Art with Julianne and Peter for extra credit. In-and-Out Burger and the Fort Worth Stockyards.
11/14/11- Tiki-chiki-nannini and gorgeous weather. Community Engagement Fair. Korean Culture Festival. Skyrim, Grandys, etc.
11/17/11- Amazing day. <3
